Riverlinks final service

Celebration & final service for Riverlinks Together

The Anglican Parish of Riverlinks has been operating as an Enabled Supported Ministry for the past 14 years.

To celebrate all the wonderful works and fellowship we have shared, St Aidan’s East Launceston, St David’s Riverside, St Oswald’s Trevallyn, St Mary Magdalene’s George Town, Christ Church Low Head, St Alban's Pipers River and Hillwood had their final Riverlinks Together Service on 2 December 2018 at St Mary Magdalene’s George Town at 10:30am followed by a BBQ lunch.

  • Final St Aidan’s Sunday service 9 December 2018
    Following the closing of the Riverlinks Parish on 2 December, St Aidan’s Church will be marking the end of regular Sunday services. While Messy Church and Mainly Music and other regular activities will continue to be held at St Aidan’s under the guidance of St John’s Launceston, the final Sunday service at St Aidan’s East Launceston, will be held on Sunday, 9 December 2018 at 10:00am.
    Former parishioners and friends are warmly invited to this service which will be followed by a shared lunch. RSVP to Mike Le Rossignol by email mleros@hotmail.com or by text to 0429 948 857. Your assistance in bringing food to share for lunch would be appreciated.
  • Final St David’s Church service 30 December 2018
    As we move on to a new pathway in our journey with Jesus, an invitation is extended to be present at the Celebration and Thanksgiving for the life of St David’s Church, Riverside, incorporating the Celebration of Communion, sharing around the Lord’s Table. The final service will be held on 30 December 2018 at 10:00am.
